For people on GLP-1 medication

The medication does its job.
We do the rest.

You have the prescription. This is the other half: a real coach reads your week, training, protein, sleep and labs, and adjusts your plan so the weight you lose on the medication stays lost.

Free fit call first · nothing charged until a seat opens · from $89/mo
The GLP-1 Protocol

A six-month coaching program for the part the drug does not do.

Your prescriber handles the medication. Protocol ONE handles muscle, food, sleep, labs, and the day you come off it. One coach, start to finish.

01
Tell your coach where you are

A questionnaire about your dose, your side effects, your schedule and your training history. Your plan is built from it, by a person.

02
Run your week, watched

Training, protein floor, sleep window and grocery plan. Your wearable and your labs go to your coach, who texts you when something drifts.

03
Rehearse the off-ramp

From week 17 you practise life after the medication while you are still on it, so the weight you lost has somewhere to stay.

24wks
A six-month arc with an exit. The off-ramp starts at week 17.
7days
The house rule: you never go a week without hearing from your coach. Personally.
25seats
Coach-tier cap. White glove doesn't scale, that's the point.
The method

Everything your GLP-1 does not do,
watched by one person.

Three pillars. Six modules underneath: Frame, Gut, Plate, Sleep, Skin & Face, Off-Ramp.

Every week you get
Daily discipline check
Protein floor. 128g / 120g
Moved today. 32-min walk
Walk after lunch. 12 mintoday

Sixty seconds a day. Miss two and you hear from your coach, personally, not from a bot.

Texts from your coach

After the medication
The hard part starts when the medication stops.

Most people are on their own at exactly the moment it matters most.

How we hold the line
Pair your wearable

Pair it once. Your data goes to work on your GLP-1 protocol.

One tap connects your watch or ring. From then on your sleep, steps, heart rate and weight land with your coach, who reads them against the targets you set together and adjusts your medication-week plan: training, protein, fluid, bedtime. No spreadsheets, no exporting, nothing for you to remember.

Your labs, translated

Your ring can draw your blood now. It still can't tell you what to do about it.

Wearable companies will now sell you a blood panel. What arrives is a PDF full of numbers, and nobody to tell you what to do about it. Here, every result lands on your coach's desk, read against where you are on the medication. You get a plain-English walkthrough, exactly what to ask your prescriber, and your plan updated the same week.

We don't order labs or diagnose. You bring your results, or connect the service you already use, and your coach works from them.

Past the finish line

The medication gets you to the finish line. Accountability gets you past it.

Within a year of stopping a GLP-1, most people regain two-thirds of what they lost. Not from weakness, from being alone with it again. What changes the curve is a real person: reading your data every day, tuning the lifestyle around it, and pushing you to be your best, until the push isn't needed.

Up to 40% of GLP-1 weight loss can be muscle and bone. Three lifts a week and a protein floor decide which.

A week, from the inside

Monday.
Your week arrives.

Not a template, the plan your coach wrote after reading your last seven days. Three lifts, your protein floor, the one thing that matters this week.

Wednesday.
Your ring notices first.

Three short nights in a row. You haven't mentioned it, you might not have noticed it. The data reaches your coach before the bad week does.

Wednesday night.
A person texts you.

Not a push notification. Not a badge. A message from someone who read your file and decided tonight matters more than tomorrow's workout.

Sunday.
Your week, reviewed.

What held, what slipped, what changes. Then it starts again, a little smarter about you than it was last week.

Why it works

A real coach. Real data.
Not a robot.

Apps send reminders. A person reads you, and rewrites the plan when your body changes it first.

Your plan changes as you do

Nothing here is a template on a timer. Every week's plan is rewritten after we've actually spoken, dose went up, sleep collapsed, knee acting up? Tuesday's session already knows.

Decisions made on your data

We set your targets together, sleep, steps, loss rate, and your numbers are watched against them every day. When something drifts, the text you get was written by a person who read them.

Wearables, made easy

Pairs with WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit and Apple Watch in one tap. Don't own one? Our wearable partnership gets you member pricing, and it arrives configured before your first call. No device? Log it in the app in thirty seconds.

Your coach

One person reads your file.
The same person, every week.

I'm Daniel, a certified health, fitness, and nutrition coach. I built Protocol One because I kept watching people lose weight and lose themselves at the same time. I'm not a doctor and I don't touch your prescriptions; what I own is everything between your appointments, and whether it actually gets done. You'll meet me on your fit call before you ever pay a dollar.

Every plan reviewed personally · every message read by me · never more members than I can genuinely watch

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Do you prescribe the medication?

No. Protocol One is a coaching program, not a medical practice. Your prescriber manages your medication; we manage everything else: nutrition, training, gut, sleep, accountability.

I'm in rough shape. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Zero genuinely means zero here, your first weeks can be walks and two gentle movements at home. No gym, nobody watching. The plan is sized to the days and minutes you honestly commit; two 15-minute days you do beat five you don't.

What happens with my wearable data?

You choose what to share, sleep, steps, heart rate, weight, and it goes to your coach and nobody else. Never sold, revocable anytime. When your data drifts from your plan, you get a text from your coach, not a form letter.

Will you sell me supplements?

Not unless you actually need them. When something would genuinely help, protein on nausea days, electrolytes, vitamin D for bone Your coach recommends it after your consult, pro-grade and third-party tested. He'll happily tell you when the answer is "none."

What happens after six months?

You graduate with the habits, the strength benchmarks, and a rehearsed maintenance plan, plus an optional alumni tier at $97/month with group calls and continued data watch.

Can I prepay?

Yes. Prepay six months and you get half a month free: $490 for Core, $1,100 for Coach, $1,920 for Concierge. Prepay pricing already includes the best rate we offer, so nothing stacks on top of it.

Do you offer referral discounts?

Referrals earn 5% to 15% off your entire plan, for as long as you and the person you referred are both members. One referral is 5%, three is 10%, five is 15%. Referrals also move you up the waiting list.

Is this medical care?

No. Protocol ONE is a coaching program. It does not provide medical care, prescribe medications, or replace the advice of a licensed clinician. It works alongside your prescriber, and nothing is charged until a seat opens and we have spoken.

Do you order blood tests?

No. You bring labs your doctor ordered or results from a consumer lab service. We read them with you, track them over time, and build your prescriber questions. We never diagnose or treat.

My wearable gave me lab results I don't understand. Can you help?

This is one of the main reasons members join. Flagged markers become a walkthrough from your coach and a prep sheet for your doctor, not a Google spiral.

Will you tell me what supplements to take?

Only after your coach reviews your intake, your data, and your labs, and only where something specific supports it. Locked by default, unlocked on purpose. Anything that needs a doctor goes to your doctor first. To be clear on cost: no membership includes supplements. What you pay for is the coaching. If a supplement is worth taking, your coach helps you choose it and manages the protocol, and you buy the product separately at member pricing. Plenty of members are told they need none.
